The staff were friendly but not over-salesy. The rep I spoke to listened to my concerns and addressed them really well. He was personable but professional even though to be frank it is very odd laying in a bed in front of strangers in the middle of a shop...

Served by Rob and from the moment we entered the store had top notch customer service. He listened to our needs treated my 17yr old (it was for her) respectfully. We felt Covid safe, things were well explained, products , safety measures, our options etc. The product will meet our needs and was considerate of our budget. Well done indeed
