Served by Rob and from the moment we entered the store had top notch customer service. He listened to our needs treated my 17yr old (it was for her) respectfully. We felt Covid safe, things were well explained, products , safety measures, our options etc. The product will meet our needs and was considerate of our budget. Well done indeed

During both visits to the Exeter store I received amazing customer service from both the store manager and Carl. They both had excellent product knowledge and made sure that we were 100% happy with the choices that we made and gave us all options possible to suit our budget. Carl was very welcoming and I even had a lovely conversation with him about his newborn baby as I had mine a couple of months after! Excellent.
