Everything went extremely well friendly staff and well looked after

My visit to dreams was very pleasant I made 2 visits initially the first visit I didn't have much time and I was helped by kane to find what would be best for me and what was available in a variety of price ranges. The second time was the day after where I was helped by Dale who was lovely we found out later that he was fairly new to the store which was surprising considering his knowledge and confidence. If he didn't know something he went and found out. Both times we were seen straight away and on the second visit I was shown all the products that were in the style/ type I wanted and given time to decide and try them.

We rang up to clarify product availability and the member of the team dealt with our enquiry very efficiently. We then drove to the store and selected the items we wanted to buy and agreed a price. All dealt with very professionally. We had visited Dreams earlier in the year and had not received this quality of service, so this experience was a massive improvement.

Assistant was highly skilled and very helpful in her approach to us. She was obviously very busy with phone enquires which introduced some delays but she handled the situation very well. Overall our experience was vey good.
