because the staff didn't pressure us into buying anything, they were incredibly informative and knowledgeable and clearly there main focus was giving us a product that we would be happy with. they gave us a broad spectrum of what products we could afford from budget items to almost top of the line. nothing was too much to ask and the staff clearly were understanding of our needs and were willing to take the time with us untill we found a product in our own time that we were happy with and you just can't ask for anything more when you receive that kind of service.

Tatum was there immediately that l entered the store and was quick to take me to the bed that chose the 3 bed s most suitable for me . I then tested them and made my decision. We then went to pay and transaction was completed. All very efficiently.

Tatum has a very pleasant manner - she is not at all pushy and explained all we wanted to know. Dreams was the first store we attended to look for a mattress, we had intended to visit three other bed stores in Exeter that day but the service from Tatum was so superb we had no appetite to look any further and bought a £1,100 mattress then and there.
