Rob was incredibly knowledgable, and really helpful! This is the first time I’ve been into a bed specialists to order a mattress abs frame and honestly I’d never do anything else or go anywhere else again. The bed thingy we were put on to match us to the best mattress for us was great, it really helped me and my partner understand what was best for us! We would’ve loved to get the tempur but with moving it was a little out of budget so Rob was great again and matched us to a similar lower priced mattress. The friendliness of staff, product knowledge, COVID process, “test” frames, mattresses and pillows was just great! It was a wonderful experience for a “first timer”. We were going to shop around at a couple of other places but after the way we cared for and treated, there was no question - we were buying with dreams; and I really would go back to Dreams again. If at all possible, please pass on our thanks to Rob! He made moving house that little bit less daunting and stressful! He’s a credit to the company and store!
