The assistant Jackie, was very knowledgeable, personable and maintained a good social distance throughout the visit. Dreams had anticipated a possible level of discomfort for the shopper - having to wear a mask - and we’re able to provide bottled water. The cleanliness of the shop and COVID arrangements were very good. The use of the machine to help analyse the type of mattress that we required' narrowed out choice and subsequently that amount of time that we may have spent otherwise, trying to find a suitable mattress. Jackie left my husband and I to discuss different options on several occasions, but also knew when we needed to ask a question or find further information, so was available to do this. No pressure to buy, but excellent product knowledge left us feeling that we did not want to go elsewhere, which we didn’t.

Greeted by a friendly member of staff and they understood we were on a budget but still showed us all the range as per the technology advised us anyway. We understand the difference now and why we have body pain from sleeping currently on our mattress. Haven’t received new one yet but will be delivered in a weeks time. Brilliant visit and a great sale on atm.
