Greeted by a friendly member of staff and they understood we were on a budget but still showed us all the range as per the technology advised us anyway. We understand the difference now and why we have body pain from sleeping currently on our mattress. Haven’t received new one yet but will be delivered in a weeks time. Kane was very friendly and extremely helpful, we had no hesitation buying from him. The whole staff were excellent and really understanding and helpful with our small children.
