The store has a really good selection of beds & mattresses that you can mix & match. I was greeted on arrival & the assistant, Tatum, was really good explaining the COVID protection available - I was even offered bottled water. Her knowledge helped me choose the right mattress for the bed I wanted & she dealt with my purchase & sorting delivery in a very helpful & friendly way - clearly explaining all the options on the extra cover & no pressure to buy!

Tatum greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and helped us out to find our mattress. She couldn’t have been any friendlier or more helpful if she tried. The COVID measurements in place were brilliant and we felt safe. We tried the mattress tester and was given options of what would be best for us. Tatum then took us around all of these. Not only did she help us with it mattress, she helped us find the perfect pillows for us. Which are so comfortable. She told us what we needed to by pulling them down by our neck etc. Our delivery is due next Saturday, so in under a week. Have 8 years guarantee, couldn’t be happier. Perfect, can’t wait to receive our new mattress.
