We were served by Kane and he was very thoughtful, patient, caring and understanding of all our needs, including our budget. The care he showed was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Dreams Exeter branch to our friends and family, and tell them to ask for Kane. We would like to say that all of the staff were very friendly from the moment we entered the store. Thank you Kane for making what could have been a daunting task a very pleasurable one.

We was welcomed apon entering store and then asked what we was looking for and then was given all the information on the products that we needed and came away with exactly what we needed

From the time we walked in to the time we left, the member of staff dealing with our requirement was efficient and polite. We were left to make our own decision without being talked/forced into something we did not want. While we were looking around, measuring up, we were on a number of occasions asked if we would like something to drink. The lady dealing with us was doing other work within the shop but was always aware of us, and there like a shot when we needed to ask anything.

A very helpful and attentive saleswoman who took time to listen to what we wanted, showed us what we asked for, but then gave us space to think about it.

Dale - the employee who assisted us couldn’t have been more helpful, he knew exactly what he was talking about and he gave us all the right information and advice to choose the mattress we did, he offered myself and parter a hot drink which I found really thoughtful and means he takes pride on what he does. I tend to get bored in most shops I ever go into but dale was so good at his job we ended up staying for over an hour talking about the different types of mattresses that we would benefit from and he is the sole reason we evidently bought the mattress we did.

I came away with a bed that I was happy with and it was being delivered that weekend!

Rob was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. He obviously has good personable skills and knowledge of the various products. Buying a bed can be a bit of a minefield but Rob made it a smooth process. There seems to be a more scientific approach then other bed retailers and we went away with information that was unexpected on our arrival. We liked this approach as it wasn’t heavy selling or pushy which is very annoying and off putting but Rob couldn’t be less pushy if he tried he is just very helpful and takes the time to explain the differences in the products and helps you choose the product that suits you best. A very positive experience.

Rob spent a good couple of hours explaining everything to us as this was a first-time bed purchase for us (inherited beds previously). He was very knowledgeable and really helped us to understand what we wanted and why.
