Rob was very informative and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We used the sleepmatch to see which type would be suited to our needs. This was very helpful and with the help of Rob we tried half a dozen different mattresses until we found the right one for us.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of advising us on the right mattress for our needs, he explained everything clearly and understandable. He was very pleasant and patient. We are very pleased with the service, and left happy with our purchase 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the minute we entered the store, Rob made us feel very welcome, he explained the layout of the shop very clearly to us. He left us to have a look, which we did, then we spotted the sleep match system. Rob came to our assistance and set up the experience for us and explained the full process. Once completed,Rob used our analysis and his wealth of knowledge to guide us through the recommended list which was quickly made smaller with a few essential questions. We were then lead to try our top three mattresses and Rob was a star. He took his time, answering our questions (and there was lots) and when we got down to our 2 favourite, he gave us some time alone to work out which was our preferred choice. Rob was amazing, so patient and definitely went over and above what we expected.
