Both Rob and Jackie were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It really felt like they went above and beyond to help us out on two occasions (the first with Rob and then the second with both Rob and Jackie). We never felt rushed or pushed, felt totally welcomed and have come away feeling like we’ve made a great choice with our purchase and really excited to sleep well! We had some specifications/health conditions we wanted to accommodate and we were really satisfied with the advice we were given, but also didn’t feel like we had to choose whatever was being suggested to us, which left us free to try out what we did and didn’t like and match that with their knowledge of what would work for us. They also took into account our budget which was obviously important to us and again, made us feel at ease. Thank you both so much for your help!

Great knowledge of the products available to suit our requirements with friendly and professional manner with no sales pressure.
