From the moment I walked in the store Jackie was so helpful and honest. I didn’t purchase the mattress straight away as I wanted to think about it. Being a single mum and having to pay that amount is quite a worry. I went back to the store and cain was just as helpful if not more helpful. He was honest, kind and reassuring.

We were greeted on arrival by a pleasant assistant. we explained what we were looking for and she showed us the different options. We were left to make up our minds before the assistant proceeded with our order clearly explaining the procedures in an efficient, pleasant and friendly manner. We paid for the product and a date for delivery was arranged on a date agreeable to us.

The customer assistant KANE was very pleasant and friendly in his nature and very experienced in his knowledge of the products available to purchase, he was not in anyway pushy like some places can be, my best friend and myself enjoyed the experience of testing out your sleep needs assesment machine, as we were both individually in need of a new bed each the visit resulted in myself and my best friend purchasing a new bed each and thoroughly enjoying our experience within your exeter marsh barton store, i will return in the future as i am sure my best friend will too Regards Judy
