John had a lot of patience and time understanding my mother of 82 and her needs, went at her own pace and did not pressure sale, had lots of knowledge and couldn't have been more helpful....James was very nice to. I will definitely return to be served with John and due to John I will be highly recommend shopping in the Falkirk store. Well done dreams for employing them you should definitely be valuing them.

I would highly recommend the Falkirk Dreams store, John answered all questions I had & was very friendly, I came to the shop with my mum, John gave us the time we needed & once I found the bed I wanted he recommend mattress's that would suit my body type. He didn't rush me into buying anything & was very honest with us. This was my 2nd visit to the Falkirk store that week. John offered water to us both & also the manager offered water to. He gave me the closest delivery date he could that would suit me. I was very happy with my purchase & will definetly be back in the future.

The service, product knowledge and recommendations from the manager in the falkirk store was excellent and he really listened to our requirements and made some excellent suggestions as well as offering some extra deals.

Sales person who I have dealt with before is super helpful and knowledgeable. Whole process is always straight forward and stress free .

When I decided to take my son to get a new mattress I was going to shop around but when I went to Dreams ( The first shop I tried) the help the sales assistant gave was great, he asked if we wanted to try the bed which helps you decide what mattress was better for us and then he asked my price range, He recommended a mattress told me the price which was great because it was also on sale, then he recommended a slightly dearer one which had memory foam topper built in, with the length of time my teenage son spends in his room sitting on his bed or even lying on it I wanted a mattress that was going to last and I new this was the mattress he needed. Also I went on the bed also to find out what mattress is better for me, now I know and have seen the maxi want I will definitely be back at dreams soon to get it. I have alot of health problems and the mattress am going to get with hopefully help me get a great night's sleep.
