I purchased a bed over the phone in your Falkirk , Graham’s rd . Store. John could not have been more helpful . What amazing customer service from him and what a pleasant friendly person . He deserves an award .

We popped into the dreams store to have a look at mattresses. We didn’t expect to buy one then and there! Rebecca was our sales representative. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. She recommended various mattresses and got us to try them out. She was quick to answer questions and helped us out a lot.
