We were very well treated by James from the time we entered the shop till we placed our order. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We only went into the shop to buy a pillow and ended up buying a new mattress as well. There was no pressure to buy and James spent plenty of time explaining what we were interested in. Well done.

John went above and beyond to help us get the right mattress. He knew what we were after & kept suggesting options and phoned us a few days later to tell us about another option

We ordered a bed through another leading retailer who postponed out bed by 6 months. I called dreams and spoke with John in Scotland and he was extremely helpful. We cancelled our bed with the other supplier and will be having our new bed delivered by dreams in 2 1/2 weeks. Extremely happy.
