Went to Dunfermline store and sales staff could not have cared less. Went to Falkirk and John could not have been more helpful.

Very friendly staff. Welcomed on entering the shop, and given an explanation of the sanitizer procedure . Asked if we needed assistance, etc, and then proceeded to help us through the whole process of buying a bed. Rebecca was our main staff member, with Jim helping out.
