John was great from the minute we walked in the door. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and introduced himself and let us have a walk around and then come to him when we were ready to chat about our requirements. He was very friendly and understanding and even recommended a product he thought we’d like that they didn’t have in store but had online which we ended up buying! Perfect customer service :)

We had gone in to look for a new mattress and were unsure of the type we needed. The staff were attentive and guided us through using the Dreams Sleepmatch bed. The first mattress we tried was amazing, instantly we could tell we had been using the wrong type mattress for years. They made sure we got the best deal and could not have been more friendly.

The staff were experiencing IT issues with processing the order. This was quickly resolved and the order was placed and finance organised. Staff were very apologetic at the IT issue and explained exact what was happening at every stage so I felt valued as a customer and understood that the IT issue was no fault of the staff.

the staff in the falkirk store are very friendly and never pressured us. simply asked us if we needed a hand with anything and gave us 5/10 mins to browse before coming back to us. After we selected the bed we wanted the staff were very helpful and speedy. I will 100 % be back to this store to buy again.
