Very friendly staff. Welcomed on entering the shop, and given an explanation of the sanitizer procedure . Asked if we needed assistance, etc, and then proceeded to help us through the whole process of buying a bed. Rebecca was our main staff member, with Jim helping out. Overall a very professional, friendly service

Your assistant James was a star. We had a rough idea of the products we required before our visit and James showed us everything we were looking for.....base, headboard and mattress. If we need a second bed after moving house then we shall go back when James is on duty.

Shop was busy when we arrived, but staff member acknowledged us and said he would be with us as soon as. As soon as he was free he was right over, and directed another staff member to the next customer. John was very friendly and attentive, quickly grasped our needs and requirements, all without being pushy

I was given an appointment to be alone in the shop and provided protective material. I wad thoroughly counseled to make the best choice and allowed time to think about it. Very friendly and professional staff.
