Staff were so helpful and not pushy. I had been in day previous just to look at beds staff member was so helpful and knowledgable nothing was a bother, however I wanted to talk things thro with family before I decided assistant told me he was off the following day but he made sure his colleague knew what we had discussed, and following day when I went in to place order his colleague was so helpful and knew exactly what I been looking at. All this made buying experience so much easier

The sales assistant I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, professional and helpful. It helped that she was Scottish. The delivery driver was very kind and helpful, fully masked and gloved (very important - household with ancient, health-compromised occupants!). Moved another item of furniture for me, which I couldn't move myself. Was in and out in very good time, but took time to explain about the bed. Only ... not really 'complaint', and this is not the delivery man's fault, is it would be nice of the castors could be fitted. I did it fine, but if it had been my very elderly parents, whose flat this was being delivered to, on their own, they would have struggled. Maybe he would have done it if I'd asked... which I didn't as I can manage that kind of thing.

We were greeted within seconds of entering the store, we were offered water and the knowledge of the salesman was excellent, the salesman wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive mattress just the one that suited our needs.

The lady I spoke to was very engaging and easy to communicate with.. very friendly and made the whole process a pleasure.. it was her first time placing a order over phone and applying for the credit but at no point did it feel like she didn’t know what she was doing.. very happy with the whole process

We went into dreams looking for a mattress only. The store manager David greeted us promptly and quickly uncovered we had no clue what type of mattress we needed or wanted so suggested the sleep match. The technology itself was fantastic and we were engaged straight away. Following this David took time to understand our budget and what we wanted then the search began. We tried a total of 5 mattresses all which fitted our needs, finally choosing one which we loved. David also suggested the Tenpur pillows which were amazing, we probably wouldn’t have spent £170 on two pillows if he hadn’t suggested them. Overall the store was really clean and we had no concerns considering the current pandemic. The delivery option was also a plus. David was absolutely fantastic, he took time to understand us and the requirement, taking a really good consultative selling approach which is essentially why we purchased on Sunday with dreams.
