At first it seemed like a minefield choosing a mattress as there is so much choice and so many variations. The colour coded guidance on the walls and on the mattresses was a great starting point. The assistant, James, was exceptionally helpful and friendly and was not too pushy with the sales talk. He gave my husband and I the right amount of guidance then gave us sufficient time to explore and decide on our own. Although we could have sourced a similar item on-line a wee bit cheaper we wanted to return to the store to give James the business. Veryt happy with the service.

Sales assistant (James) was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable on the product we purchased Nothing was too much trouble This is our third purchase from dreams and very happy with full service The only downside was the sofa bed we purchased is an 11 week wait for delivery

So I placed an order for a Divan Base & Mattress, which would be 5 weeks delivery originally. I called up my local store, and was told that the colour I had selected was out of stock, and if I changed the colour of the base, it would be considerably shorter for delivery. I did so, and John from the Falkirk branch, with my permission and details, ordered the correct colour for shorter delivery. I was referred to the Customer Service Team, whom would cancel my online order & the store order (as a deposit was taken to book the base, mattress & delivery slot), place a new order, with the amended items, and I was told that my deposit would be refunded within 5-10 business days. Over all, I'm very happy at the response, professionalism, and general understanding from John in Falkirk, and the nice lady I spoke to at the customer service department.
