When we arrived in store we were approached to ask what it was we were looking for and after a short discussion we were directed to several mattresses like what we had described. We weren’t rushed and were given lots of options

Was the first store we visited to look for a bed. We were greeted with no pressure and the sales person continued to acknowledge us but with no pressure. When we were ready he knew all the answers to our questions and nothing was a problem. Selected out bed and mattress and purchased. Very happy with visit and look forward to getting our bed.

Only issue was computer systems not working effectively. Not staff fault. James who served us over two days was excellent and well worthy of praise from the firm

Very efficient sales man very well explained to what we wanted offered us water as it was hot in store very happy with the procedure the sales man took us thru overall a very happy experience.

Shop assistant was amazing in every way, got what I needed really quickly, couldn't have been any more helpful, will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
