As with most shopping trips, it can be quite anxious under the current circumstances. The store had everything in place to make this experience easy and anxiety free. Offering bottled water and sanatising their hands prior to picking up the bottle and passing it on. The dreams experience was second to none and the machine for choosing tbe perfect was amazing. Also please consider selling that in future, it was very comfortable and relaxing 😊

The manager on our initial visit was very friendly and helpful. When we returned, the salesperson (James, Falkirk branch) took us through the process of testing us for the most suitable mattress and showed us a number of products in store. He was highly knowledgeable with all products and what could help with better sleep (right pillows, heat control etc as well as the right mattress). He took the time to listen to us and to tailor to our needs. He was able to answer any questions we had very confidently and had a very good rapport with us. He made the experience enjoyable and we left happy we bought the right products for our needs and budget.
