When entering the store I was greeted instantly. Straight away Rebecca informed me of the guidelines around the store, the social distancing measures and the availability of hand sanitizer. Rebecca spent a good amount of time making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. There was plenty options to choose from and I’m delighted with everything I bought on my visit.

From when we entered until we left we were treated with politeness and our needs where met to high standard.. they knew exactly what we wanted when we didn't even know ourselves well done falkirk brand we will be back when upgrade our kids beds and for our future purchases

I've not been lazy in my selections. I've not experienced such a professional and personal service in such a long time but, more importantly, during very trying times. I chose not to look online for a cheaper option because this was genuinely excellent service and the day that's lost on the high street will be a very sad day indeed.
