The assistant was excellent. He made me feel very safe throughout and was extremely helpful and made the whole process so easy.

On entering the store, the manager introduced himself and explained what precautions were on place with regards to wearing of face coverings, hand sanitiser and paper towels to place on beds. We were then put on the sleep assessment machine, the results explained fully and then taken round the store to try the best suggested. Could not fault the level of attention and knowledge of the staff. Genuine 1st class customer service
