Dreams - Falkirk

A couple of years ago I bought a bed from Bensons. I had nothing but bother from the word go . Long story short but I got a refund due to faulty products and was looking for another bed company to purchase from. I contacted your Falkirk branch and spoke to James who went the extra mile to help me with my purchase. The items were showing a 4 week delivery so I held off placing the order. The next day he contacted the warehouse and managed to secure a 7 day delivery for me so I immediately came back to store to purchase the bed. Great customer service, just wish I had cane to dreams first instead of Bensons

We came in on the Sunday to look and the colleague James was excellent. After debating we came back on Monday to make the purchase and the same colleague recognised us from the day before.

We were greeted as soon as we entered shop. Shown where sanitation point was. Knew product we wanted but salesperson explained it to us. Easy payment system ang guarantee well explained. Needed a seat and another colleague fetched us bottled water. Very personable pair and all in all a very pleasant experience. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we were not rushed in any way. Top marks to these guys.

The sales assistant was available immediately. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me a variety of options explaining the product well. He found me a great deal and I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Met at the door by James who explained the social distancing rules and offered hand gel and bottle of water. Answered all questions relating to the 2 beds we were interested in then gave us time to look over them ourselves.

Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. He Listened to and answered all of our questions without being patronising and assisted us in a manner that was not pushy or forceful which was refreshing. He is an asset to your company. James was also very friendly and provided us with a bottle of water which was a nice touch. Overall it was a pleasant experience that we hadn’t anticipated.
