Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. He Listened to and answered all of our questions without being patronising and assisted us in a manner that was not pushy or forceful which was refreshing. He is an asset to your company. James was also very friendly and provided us with a bottle of water which was a nice touch. Overall it was a pleasant experience that we hadn’t anticipated.

The store assistant James....was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products....gave a lot of detail and left us to browse at leasure which we appreciated....(hate feeling hastled).....when we decided on our purchase everything went smoothly...came out of store knowing I had chosen the right product.
