James the assistant who showed me the product I had asked for and advised me which mattress would be best for myself. He was very knowledgeable and I felt secure in all that he advised.

Salesman, James, was a pleasure to deal with. Warm and friendly plus attentive without being pushy. Explained the products and clearly knew and understood his product. He was conscious of our needs and offered water if we required it.
