Our assistant (James) was very attentive from start to finish without being pushy at the same time. He showed us our product as we requested, offered us to feel free to try it out. When the finance system side of it was very slow, he kept apologising. He did try to phone after the customary 20mins. They were slow to answer. He couldn't apologise enough. We had to start the process over again. He offered us to try again on the principal we may need to wait again, but we were happy to try again. Second time it went straight through the system. Very polite and helpful throughout. Very happy with visit
