Was an easy process and quickly dealt with.

Both gents we dealt with were exceedingly good. Particularly John Q who welcomed us as soon as we walked through the door. He offered us refreshments as well which I found highly unusual but very effective as it felt more personal. His product knowledge was fantastic and wasn’t pushy in regard to trying to make a sale. In fact quite the opposite ensuring he spent time trying to determine the comfort needs of the consumer and taking time to understand what we wanted in the way of comfort. In turn we ended up buying a new bed for our teenage daughter too. An exceptional service all round. Well done John Q

Great knowledge and well trained staff

I was satisfied with my visit to dreams because the gentleman tookthe time to show us the bed we were purchasing and showed us how the remote worked and the tv also he made us feel at ease when we were waiting asking if we would like tea the other staff were very friendly too

All the staff was very friendly and welcomed us to the store. John was the employee that assisted us and helped us choose mattresses. He took time to understand our needs and to explain us the differenses between the products, the advantages and disadvantages. John took time to speak to us and to our children too, make small chit chat with them and at the same time help us. Great service and very friendly, I will recommend the store to all our friends and family

I was greeted by a man called james who was very friendly and asked how he coule help. He asked exactly what i was looking for, gave great advice ane showed me all the options. He clearly knew his stuff and was not pushy in any way. He offered me a great deal as well as a nice cup of tea. He made the whole experience very relaxed and easy, his customer service was brilliant

The staff were very helpful and listened to everything I wanted and then helped us even more in which mattress would suit us. And it was different to what we were looking at so very happy with the overall experience we received.

James was very attentive but not overbearing at all. He was very knowledgable and made pertinent recommendations regarding our needs, suggesting alternatives to consider even when they were cheaper. On the day we actually ordered our bed James was on a day off, Usman who took our order was equally helpful.

Prompt courteous service and had the exact item we wanted.

Umran was very patient with me trying many different mattresses. He took time to understand my preferences.
