When we entered the store James came over and allowed us some time to look around and then waited for us to approach him for advice. Definitely not a pushy salesperson. Very knowledgable with the products and helped us immensely in choosing the right mattresses for our needs. Extremely pleasant, polite and friendly and easy to talk to which isnt always the case we have found in other stores.

Staff member who we dealt with was great.

Christine was very pleasant and knowledgeable. A delight to be assisted by her.

Could not fault the service at this store, I have already recommended to all my friends & family that they go here if they are looking to purchase a bed. Christine was incredible from the minute we walked in the door, she helped us find what we were looking for, she had us use the machine that determines what mattress best suits your needs, we then tested each mattress out & she helped us decide which would be best. She explained what offers were available & what was the best value for money & what the guarantee was with the product. We explained we would be shopping around & return later after working out our finances. We came back to make our purchase & Christine & her colleagues went above & beyond to help us. We didn’t have our move in date for our house yet & they explained they can hold it for up to 3 months for us so we booked our delivery slot with the safety of knowing it could be changed. They did everything they could to make sure we were getting the best possible deal & adding extras where they could. I could go on & on, they were incredible, so friendly, they are an absolute credit to this company and they deserve some recognition for their amazing service.

James the staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He was very friendly and offered tea or coffee to myself and my partner.

Was left to browse with no Sales pressure,the salesperson answerd all my questions & made recommendations,no pressure like in recent Bed shops,friendly atmosphere & loads of lovely choices of beds etc,parking :)

The staff at the store in Falkirk were excellent. The store manager helped his staff who in turn helped us find the right product.

I was warmly greeted by James as I entered the Falkirk branch who offered a cuppa. I wasn’t particularly looking to make a purchase on the day, but James took the time to learn what I was looking for and offered excellent advice based on a far more in depth product knowledge than I could have gathered by browsing alone. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and it never once felt like the experience was based on a hard sell. Thanks

John the sales assistant was very friendly and his product knowledge was good and he took the time to listen to our needs.

The man who assisted me in the falkirk store John was fantastic and so helpful. I have mobility issues and he helped me with every bit of the process and ensured I was comfortable and offered his help. Made me feel at ease and went the extra mile.
