I was approached instantly when in the shop and as I was looking for a specific item thought this was a great approach. Whilst the product wasn’t on the shop floor John showed me a swatch of the colour I was looking for and a similar product to give me an idea of what it would look like.

Very happy with James, who helped us tremendously in choosing the right mattress, lovely guy with great sense of humour.

As soon as we walked in John greeted us and helped us with what we were looking for. He let us use the mattress machine to help decide what mattress would best suit us both and showed us these mattresses in the store. He listened to what our needs were and helped us get the best price for what we needed for both the mattress and the bed frame. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for and order it very quickly (we expected it to take much longer!).

Arrived , were given time to browse with the assistants in hand to help with our questions. All questions answered satisfactorily.
