The guy in the falkirk store was very helpful but not overpowering he didnt pounce on you as soon as you walked in the shop. He gave you time to look around before approaching me

From the minute we walked into the store we knew we would get the mattress we needed. Christine was very professional, attentive and made us feel at ease immediately. Christine knew the products extremely well and explained the whole process simply and accurately. At no time did we feel pressured into making our purchase.
