Dreams - Falkirk

On entering the store, I was immediately asked if I required assistance to find what I was looking for. No need to search the store, therefore. I had researched & chosen online but wanted to support local business, although I had previously purchased both online & over the phone. Although I was very satisfied by that experience I would not have bought the bed I did if I had tried it in the shop (too high). I knew the bed frame I wanted was exactly right as I had looked at in in your Perth store while visiting the city. The mattress I had chosen was not available in the store but I was given a choice of similar mattresses to try but it was quickly obvious the pocket sprung was too soft at the edge. The store manager was consulted on the best alternatives and his considerable experience & knowledge identified a mattress that fitted my needs. My order was quickly set up after that. The staff were courteous & helpful throughout but did not try to influence my decision beyond pointing out the advantages of the two mattresses from which I made my final choice. I cannot praise both members of staff for the very professional way they treated me.

The store assistant was very helpful, showing us a range of different mattresses that would fit our requirements.

Store manager was very attentive, without being overbearing. He made us feel welcome and offered refreshments. Very knowledgable regarding the product we purchased. A very nice man indeed.

I was shopping for an adjustable single bed with my friend & support worker. we were offered a choice of mattress & a delivery time. The delivery men were helpful & set up the bed prompt.

The service I received from James was great. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. The range of products you have is impressive and suitable for a variety of individual needs. Completing the transaction took less time than I expected and James took time to go through things with me.

The service from Johno and his colleague was excellent. The product knowledge was first rate, but there was no pushy sales technique. We were offered a selection of products to suit and the option of trying for 30 nights is very welcome
