John the assistant was very helpful & new what he was talking about. The the bed that tests what firmness you need was a massive help very pleased with my purchase

Staff were incredibly friendly and guided us through the whole process, had a good laugh and let us take our time making our decisions.

We saw the DREAMS advert on the TV and it was good timing, as we are moving house and thought we would treat ourselves to a top range bed. We weren't disappointed when we visited the Falkirk branch. We chose our bed within 30 mins of trying the body scanner for choosing best mattress. Loved the bed we have chosen and it so happens it is the bed depicted in your advert. Seems subliminal advertising works after all on our Glen household. :o)

I would highly recommend Dreams Beds based in Graham’s Road Falkirk to all family and friends your retail assistant John is an absolute credit to your company his knowledge friendliness and sales advice was just outstanding I actually have not in a long time dealt with anyone as helpful as he was weneed people like that it’s what encourages us a buyers to come into shops rather than shop online I will score him personally 100% .
