John was very Customer focused, courteous, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining and allowing us to try all the various options. We are confident that we have bought the correct product, yet we still have a guaranteed option to return the product should we have made the wrong decision. Yes we are Highly Satisfied.

The assistant James was very good

James was very knowledgable and helpful in choosing the right mattress and bed, and clearly explained the pros and cons of each type of product. He didn’t mind spending as much time as we needed and answering all our questions. He was very friendly, courteous and honest about the products and left us with an excellent impression of Dreams. His advice is greatly appreciated.

On entering the store James (validation code 369) approached us immediately asking what we were interested in. He was courteous, able to answer all questions asked and extremely helpful. An asset to the Falkirk store.

I dealt with James in the Falkirk store and he was very informative as well as giving us space to try the products. He made us laugh and was a great help to us.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating they were excellent when taking the order which only took a matter of minutes.

The store staff at Falkirk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable to the extreme. They were able to pinpoint suttle differences between products which were not visable toa customer. Store was well laid out and very clean and tidy.

We had no idea what type of mattress would suit us best, so used ths sleep bed system which gave us recommendations which we purchased one of. A straight forward process which we were guided through perfectly by Kevin the assistant.
