Our dreams colleague James greeted us when we came in and was very helpful throughout our visit including getting a tea and a bottle of water made for us. Knowledge was great and overall experience was great.

Good service / speed of delivery is quick. Not to happy with all the add Ons like building the bed or removing - but that’s life!

The person serving me was very helpful he explained everything in detail including the mattress best suited to my needs

The salesman man was fair and genuine to deal with didn’t push the sale so everything was relaxed

James was very good at explaining the products and the options. Very friendly. His manager was also very helpful. The time spent in the store was very pleasant

Sales person, James, was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with customers who were in their mid-80s. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us plenty of private space to discuss our choice and our purchase.

We needed help to choose bed as has no clue what's available. And there is so much choice. Sales person James guided us through without pressure and gave appropriate amount of time on our own to browse and try beds.

The sales man John was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. First time I had visited the store and was very impressed with the experience.

John was very approachable and knowledgeable about all the question we asked. He did not push us to make a decision on the spot and therefore went back the next day to order the first half of our total order (due to work being undertaken we can't order it all).

The sales representative was really friendly and highly knowledgeable. He was great with our little boy and showed a lot of patience.
