Our sales adviser James was very knowledgeable and directed us to the best product for our budget. He was friendly, without being overbearing, as some salespeople can be. We were impressed with the layout of the store and the selection of products and the overall cleanliness and décor.

John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took us to the sleep match machine to see what the best mattress for us would be. Showed us all the mattresses that were the best fit and let us try them out. He was able to answer any questions we had about each of the mattresses giving us plenty of advice and recommendations.

Very friendly staff I knew what I wanted got what I asked for with no pressure asked if we wanted pillows that was on offer but I already bought them so declined but would have bought them if I hadn’t overall a very friendly experience

I purchased my bed from TheFalkirk store where I was greeted by John. He was very courteous and friendly but not a pushy salesman . This made the difference for me as I had previously purchased a bed from another retailer only three months before and I explained that I did not want to make the same mistake again. He gave me all the time I needed to make up my mind. He listened to what I wanted and we were able to find the right base ,mattress and headboard to get exactly what I wanted. The bed was delivered this morning on the day I was promised. By 9.30 am my bed was assembled ,all packaging removed and now tonight I am looking looking forward to having a god nights sleep on myDreams bed.
