James who assisted us on the day has really helped us on the day, not only with product selection but with easiness of processing the order.

The diagnostic bed was not something we knew about so it was good to get the opportunity to us it. The staff were all courteous and chatty but gave us time to shop alone as well.

I am highly satisfied with the service I received today I walked in and was immediately greeted I told the assistant exactly what I was looking for and was shown the product straight away he was able to tell me all about the product and show me how to work the attached tv etc he also managed to give me a quick quote and set up finance and all the add ons and insurance. The sales advisor was very polite he made me feel comfortable when talking with him his knowledge about the bed I was interested in was fantastic and very convincing. I’m glad I was able to walk into the store and purchase the bed in a polite and friendly manner I will definitely be back in the future for products for myself and my children’s beds when needed. I’m looking forward to receiving my bed knowing that it will be assembled for me definitely gives me some peace of mind so I thank you dreams for my pleasant experience.

Staf member was extremely friendly and helpful. He even stayed back late to finish the purchase with me.
