John was especially great with explain the different types of beds and mattresses. John answered all the questions I had and even addressed some questions I had not thought of.

James @ Falkirk was very helpful. Made me feel at ease and gave the best advice I could have asked for.

James who served me was very helpful knowledgeable friendly and a pleasure to talk to, I left the shop smiling and satisfied with the choice I had made.

I purchased a bed from Dreams, Graham's Road, Falkirk last year and was extremely satisfied with the level of service and attention shown by the staff. My mother decided last week it was time for her to purchase a new bed and I immediately recommended Dreams, Falkirk. The level of customer service was just a good, if not better, on this visit. Staff member, apologies I didn't get his name, took time to suggest a number of mattresses and bed frames and wasn't in the least pushy. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new bed. 1st class

Straight forward from start to finish got great advice and great help. Not pushed or hassled into a sale left feeling happy looking forward to our arrival of our new bed.

Had been in other places looking at beds but the choice and service was not as good as dreams. More helpful which was the reason I made my purchase at Dreams.

The bed I wanted is currently out of stock due to an issue with your supplier. Your sales assistant though couldn't do enough to help me find another similar bed for me in the store. He was very thorough and went through all the options and colour swatches with me too. I cannot highly recommend the support and advice he gave me.

James has helped and advised me on purchase several times now. His knowledge about products is excellent and he never rushes you or hard sells to you which I really appreciate. I could have gone home a ordered online but as James had spent so much time with my husband and I we really wanted to go back to the store to make our order

From the moment we entered the store our customer assistant James, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and helpful without being a pushy salesman.
