James was very helpful when we were in the falkirk store. He wasn’t pushy at all and he certainly made the process of buying our new bed much easier than we thought it would be.

I went into the shop the day before I spoke with the manager John, he explained exactly what I required so much so I was able to bring all relevant documents into the store today and the sales man James then explained more the products and made me have real confidence in the product I was purchasing

I explained my condition to John and he helped me pick the best mattress for me and he was completely understanding and helpful. He also helped my father find a mattress for himself as well. The delivery is a lot quicker than I was expecting.
