Dreams - Falkirk

James was a great help in finding us our new bed and mattress. His knowledge of the different products was great and informative. I'll be recommending Dreams to all my friends and family.

James the assistant at falkirk was very pleasant and talked through everything that we needed to know. He was not pushy and we could have a bit of banter with him.he gave us his professional opinion on things. Great service

Sales assistant John very nice and very helpful and taking the time to find the right mattress for us by taking the time by doing the mattress test on the computer found that very helpful and helping to make sure I could get the other items to go with the bed I picked

The sales assistant was excellent he helped with all our needs.

Just happened to go shopping on the day of a flash sale and delivery was quicker than I’d expected after looking at dreams website prior to visiting

We may have bought this on Feb 13th, but it was certainly our lucky day as our dreams are now sweet and our sleep relaxed. We bought the SwintonK mattress which is superb and we no longer have any back pain in the morning .

Service, knowledge and over all experience of the staff was great. No hard sell or pressure. So Highly satisfied is my verdict.

Suzanne welcomed into the store. Gave a brief introduction and left us to browse. Approached us again after a short time which gave us the time to have a look and discussion. Suzanne was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite...nothing was too much trouble. There was also interaction from other members of staff without being intrusive. The offer of refreshments was a lovely touch.

We visited several times and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. they also had an excellent knowledge of all their products.
