John O at Falkirk store has been really friendly and helpful; trying to understand our needs and looking after us during the visit.

James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He put us at ease and made our shopping experience enjoyable.

The staff were helpful without being pushy.The store was light and airy. I was impressed by the computerised bed for assessing the most suitable mattress. The selection was good .

John O was very informative without being pushy. We went in to enquire about a mattress and went back 2 days later to purchase it particularly to be served by John. We purchased a mattress, pillows and protectors and were very satisfied with the service. We are looking forward to delivery and collection of the old mattress later this week. We may go back and buy a sofa bed soon.

Visited a few bed shops around the Falkirk area. Dreams had the best choice of beds with a very easy mattress system to understand and over all best value.

Store manager John was pleasant and helpful with advice then allowed us time to try the different mattresses until we made a decision. He was quick and swift at placing our order, will definitely recommend shop to friends and family

John O was really helpful, i was getting a bed for my almost 2 year old, he was quick and gave me all the information I needed to choose the right bed for her.

Got what we wanted at a reasonable price and were happy with the attituse of the salesman
