At the Falkirk dream branch we were welcomed into the shop with no pressure very kind staff asking what we would like instead of been pressured into something no waiting straight to be showing the beds we preferred with tea and coffee been offered and something for the kids as well other staff that had no customers took time to play with the kids while we got to see best deals and what was good for us very friendly and we’ll managed will be spreading the word to family and friends sister going their next month now cause of the good vibes I’ve giving
