From the first minute our family entered the store James acknowledged us by saying ‘Welcome to Dreams’. I thought this was very professional. James was friendly and took time to listen to what we wanted. We only dropped in for an initial look at potentially buying a new bed. James had a great structure and manner in which he guided us around the layout of the store to ensure we got the best information to make an informed choice. The use of the 3D technology to provide us with a personalised guide on the most suitable mattress was impressive and extremely helpful. James was very effective and efficient at processing our order which included additional sales. Looking forward to the delivery of our new bed👍

The price was great. The staff were friendly. Beds are good quality.

Store easy to find, staff were very attentive without being pushy and over selling

The first sales advisor let me daughter use the bed that recommends what mattress is best. The mattresses were out of my price range so we tried others but my daughter wasn't keen, I was going to leave until a senior member of staff found us one that was on offer and in my price range.
