Unable to place order online, payment wouldnt go through. Placed order by phone, but delivery went from 10 days online to 8 weeks. Asked to place order for bed frame and mattress separately as was bed frame that was causing delay. The delivery then went back to ten days for both deliveries, crazy. Rebecca, the lady on the phone in Scotland, was very helpful and apologetic.
