Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff during our two visits to your Falkirk store.

Without a doubt, the Sales Advisor James Hutton from your Falkirk branch made this sale very easy. The purchase was for my 86 year old dad who I had with me. James offered him a drink, listened to what he wanted, advised him to find the perfect mattress and generally treated him with the utmost respect. If only all sales assistants were like James, it would make the world a nicer place!!!

Was greeted as soon as I walked in , the assistant was very welcoming & knew his stuff

The process was quick and easy and the knowledgeable store representative was very helpful. I think we found the mattress of our dreams!

The staff were very helpful as I was in a wheelchair and opened the doors to allow us into the shop without any hassle. The members of staff asked if they could help us as soon as we arrived or we wanting to have a look at the beds in the showroom, I told him I had a name of a mattress and divan I wanted to try out, he also recommended another bed which could possibly be beneficial to myself as I am disabled, John was very helpful and I purchased the bed he recommended and explained the benefits of the bed I purchased. All the staff in the Falkirk branch were very helpful on my visit to Dreams.

We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered the store. The store employee John spent time understanding our needs and trying to find a bed that would suit my partner and I. He was very friendly and gave us time ourselves to relax and choose the bed that was right for us.
