Dreams - Farnborough

Karen was exceptionally helpful and her knowledge was spot on. She even introduced us to the Sleepmatch machine which was amazing and fun and Made our decision very easy to make. We are looking forward to our bed and to have the best nights sleep in many months I work in customer services and I think karen was not at all pushy with us to purchase a bed or mattress. Like i said she was very professional and made our trip for a bed very enjoyable xxxxxxxxx

Lovely people and great service at the Farnborough store. Jason and the team were very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. They also gave us space to try out things and talk without being hovered over, which was appreciated. The purchase was then quick and effective and overall we're very happy with our purchase and the service.

We were asked by 3 members of staff if we required assistance, and initially we said no and were left to look around, however, when we wanted to ask a question they were available to answer the question but then left us allow to discuss. Not pushy and very relaxed.

Quick and easy service we used the sleep test service and our store assistant in farnborough Geraldine Ann was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was a definite influence in our purchase yesterday.

We went with an idea of what we wanted but with advice and help this changed to the bed we ended up buying. Hopefully we will be very comfortable on it for many years to come

The assistant gave us a couple of minutes to browse at the beds we were looking for and then came and answered questions, gave advise, measured us up for the most suitable mattress for both of us and then were tried out various ones and found the most suitable for us to purchase. She went through everything very thoroughly when placing our order including warranty and delivery and overall left us highly satisfied and pleased with our purchases. We will be recommending Dreams to our family and friends

I was very satisfied with my experience at dreams,good response on knowing wether you want help or just left to browse without hassle,& equally responsive to helping you with any questions we had concerning the bed we had chosen.Sale transaction very quick,bed delivery time extremely pleased at not having to wait long for a delivery.Very pleased with the communication after keeping us up to date with our purchase.We payed for the bed to be made up for us and am looking forward to having my new bed.
