Lovely staff very friendly and helpful.

from the moment we arrived we were not inundated with staff trying to help us. it made us feel comfortable that after being greeted we were advised that anyone was available to help - when we were ready. Very refreshing

Dreams Farnborough was recommended to me when I was looking for a new mattress. And it did not disappoint. Staff were available to assist as soon as I entered the showroom, and as well as discussing my requirements, gave me the opportunity to try the sleep assessment machine which helpfully pinpointed 3 mattresses that would suit my needs. Service was helpful and quick, without being rushed. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We had a really good assistant called Katie,who explained everything clearly and sorted us out with the correct mattress with aid of the bed machine. She gave us plenty of options didn't try just to sell the most expensive and gave good information in the different fillings and springs She wasn't pushy and made it easy to choose

We went to the store in Farnborough and were greet with a friendly welcome but not over bearing as can be in a lot of places when looking around. We explained our the situation of need, expectations on delivery and were greeted by an assistant and the store manager who ensured we were given all the relevant information for our purchase. We were then shown by one of team to area of where they thought we could find our needs. We were then given a demonstration of the product after we selected our products they also wanted to ensure it was what we wanted and needed. The whole purchase took less than 20 mins. They were all helpful, friendly, courteous, not overbearing and seemed genuinely pleased that you were a customer they had satisfied. If the delivery and everything is on time from our order, I can only say for the first time in a long time that a company has delivered a 10 out 10 service, very rare indeed. Thank you

The store salesperson, Karen, was very knowledgable, helpful and respectful to our needs. We also had the opportunity to try out the automated sleep monitor/assessment bed.

Katie noticed my partner and I wandering looking like lost puppies trying to find a new mattress. Katie asked our preference and ascertained our needs. She invited us to use the machine which would identify which type of mattress was best suited to us. Whilst we waited for the machine to do its bit, Katie offered us both drinks. Katie quickly found the products we were looking for and gave us a range of prices versus quality to consider. She gave us time to relax on the mattresses and come to an informed decision. Katie informed us she was relatively new to the role, but she was confident in her knowledge. If she did have any doubt, she would consult the paperwork or another staff member. This filled me with confidence she took our sale seriously and wanted to do right by us. The only negative was a lack of discount following purchasing 3 mattresses between us and pillows too. In the past when I have shopped at smaller stores, they have offered a discount due to bulk buying.
