there was no pressure to by and we were not pushed to a perticular product we we left to select the one we liked but we first used the which type of mattress would suite you M/C.Geraldine our sales asscenet was very helpful and made our choseing a mattress very easy

Was greeted immediately. Was asked what I was looking for. Was shown what was available for price and delivery dates I outlined and when I refined what I wanted as a result had other products pointed out. Was efficient but didn’t overly push. Found what I wanted / asked for with minimal fuss.

Having already done my research online I knew exactly what I wanted and came into store hoping to see the bed in the flesh which I was able to. The lady who helped me was quick to approach me and help me and helped me make my decision. Very happy with the service I received. Little disappointed I have to wait so long for delivery but that's the case of everything at the moment so I understand.
