Nigel was friendly and polite and willing to assist. The purchasing was simple and straight forward. Delivery time quoted was better than expected. Overall a good experience.

Karen, who helped us, was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried several mattresses. We never felt rushed or in the way. We were given a pillow each and left to try the mattresses whilst Karen checked on us throughout.

Karen the member of staff who greeted us in store helped us in all aspects and showed great knowledge and a friendly approach. She was superb in helping us finding the correct mattress and a smooth process in placing the order.
